Effective Altruism Sweden is a non-profit association that, since the start in 2016, has been working to help people in Sweden do as much good as possible with their time and money. The organization is the Swedish branch of the international effective altruism movement.

Our work
Since 2016, we have supported more than 400 individuals to make their careers more fulfilling and impactful. We’ve hosted numerous lectures, courses, and workshops at almost all major universities in Sweden and presented at several organizations and companies.
Our engagement includes appearances on podcasts, radio programs, newspapers and speaking at TEDx events. We have been featured in leading media outlets and organized large-scale international conferences on global risks to empower individuals to maximize their impact.
We launched and later spun off a giving platform that has directed over 20 MSEK to effective charities and established a non-profit dedicated to developing world-class leaders, thinkers, and doers. Additionally, we have supported numerous research institutions and their staff throughout Sweden.
