Try to find the best balance between the three criteria

You probably won’t find a problem that perfectly matches all three factors, but try to find one where the balance is as good as possible. It is also important to consider where exactly you can fit in, thrive and make a big contribution. We will go into those aspects later in the guide.

Exercise

Test the framework

    1. Write down three problems you think are important
    2. Score them on a scale of 1-5 based on each factor:
      1. How big is the problem?
      2. How overlooked is that?
      3. How solvable is it?

Where 5 means very large, very overlooked or very solvable.
