Den 20 november är det dags för årsmöte, och vi passar på att göra detta till en hel helg av socialt umgänge, nätverksaktiviteter, föredrag och workshops i Stockholm. Välkommen att träffa effektiva altruister från hela Sverige, lära dig mer och ha kul! Alla medlemmar är välkomna att delta, även du som är helt ny. Bli medlem här!
Programmet för helgen (på engelska) hittar du om du scrollar ner på sidan. Du väljer själv vilka delar av programmet du vill delta i och anger detta i anmälan.
Vill du delta fredag/lördag, eller behöver du hjälp med boende? Anmäl dig senast den 20 oktober.
Om du enbart vill delta på årsmötet den 20 november så kan du anmäla dig fram till och med den 11 november.
Om du reser in från andra delar av landet kan vi hjälpa till att ordna boende i Stockholm över helgen. Om du har några frågor, kontakta Mimmi på mimmi@effektivaltruism.org
Over the weekend of November 18th-20th we will organize a mix of workshops, networking events and lectures in Stockholm and hold our annual members meeting where we elect the board of directors for 2023. You can choose which parts of the program you wish to attend when registering. We will organize accommodation for those who travel from other places.
Will you attend Friday/Saturday, or do you need help with accommodation? Register before October 20th.
If you only want to participate on the annual meeting you can register until November 11th.

Annual Meeting Weekend Program Outline
Friday November 18th
18-22 Social get-together at Neurora
An informal social gathering at Neurora, a co-living space and meeting point in the Stockholm EA ecosystem. There will be food and drinks, and we will organize lightning talks where members present short pitches (max 5 min) on ideas they have or work they do. This is a great opportunity to get to know more people in the Swedish EA community.
Saturday November 19th
9-10:30 Breakfast seminars
Depending on your profile and your interests expressed in the registration, we will assign you to one of several smaller breakfast seminars - ranging from introductory sessions on the concepts of effective altruism or longtermism to in-depth sessions on current research or projects. The seminars will generally have the form of a short presentation followed by an open discussion between participants, and we aim for small groups (typically <12 people).
11-12 Opening session
Executive Director Vilhelm Skoglund shares news on the latest developments in EA Sweden and introduces new members of staff and board candidates.
12:30 Lunch (all together)
14-16 Workshop sessions and meet and greets
During the afternoon, there will be several workshop sessions in parallel to choose from. Some of these will be opportunities for discussion of decision points for the upcoming annual meeting - including an opportunity to meet candidates for the board - but we are also planning a career workshop, a brainstorm session for the EAGxNordics and a discussion on the book What We Owe The Future.
19- Network dinners
Depending on your profile and interests expressed in the registration, we will assign you to one of several smaller dinner groups. The dinner meetups will be at restaurants in different parts of the town. We kindly ask you to cover the expenses for your own dinner.
Sunday November 20th
9-10 Breakfast
We enjoy a vegan breakfast buffet together at Fabriken.
10-12 Annual Meeting
The annual meeting where we will elect the new board.
12:30 Lunch
We conclude the weekend with lunch before it’s time to take off.
